My Rakt Sena is not responsible for verifying donor eligibility or the quality/safety of any blood donation outside official medical facilities.

While we strive for accuracy, all information on this Platform is provided “as is.”
My Rakt Sena does not guarantee that:

  • All donor/recipient information is verified, or

  • All requests will result in a successful match or donation.

Users should independently verify details before acting on them.

5. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy.
All data collected through this Platform is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and limited sharing of information (only for donation coordination purposes).

We never sell user data.

6. No Medical or Emergency Services

My Rakt Sena is not a hospital, blood bank, or emergency service provider.
We facilitate connections between voluntary donors and recipients.
Always consult qualified medical professionals and follow proper medical protocols before any blood donation or transfusion.

In case of a medical emergency, contact the nearest hospital or call 108 (Emergency Services in India).

All content on this Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of My Rakt Sena or its contributors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission, except for personal or educational use.

8. Limitation of Liability

My Rakt Sena, its volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:
